We design and release a variety of creative products, including but not limited to digital courses, physical products, limited project drops, and exclusive content. All content, products, and materials are owned by House 415 and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Payments

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other payment gateways, depending on the product. By purchasing, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

  • All prices include VAT where applicable, in compliance with Swedish and EU regulations.

  • Payments must be made in full before access to digital content or shipment of physical products.

3. Digital Products (Courses, Downloads, and Memberships)

  • Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to digital content via our platform (e.g., Podia, email delivery, or other services).

  • Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, share, or resell any content.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technical requirements to access digital content.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads and courses, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to receive immediate access, which waives your right to withdraw from the purchase under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act and EU consumer law.

4. Physical Products (Limited Drops, Art, and Merchandise)

  • All sales of limited edition products, art, and merchandise are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times will be outlined at checkout.

  • House 415 is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by courier issues, customs delays, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact support@house415.com within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Drops

  • Some products may be available as pre-orders or limited edition releases. By purchasing, you acknowledge that production and delivery times may vary.

  • Pre-orders are non-refundable unless House 415 is unable to fulfill the order.

  • House 415 reserves the right to adjust launch dates, availability, and pricing based on demand.
