H&M Custom Puffer

In 2023 I led design for an ambitious innovation project at H&M. Our goal was to enable on demand production of personalised garments.

My priority was to craft an effortless, fun and inspiring experience. We sold out within days and our project was highlighted repeatedly by senior management.

A project this size naturally involved plenty of colleagues, vendors and stakeholders. It was my job to get us all on the same page with clear and compelling comms. I regularly presented updates to 50+ people.

Inspired by H&M's brand update, I have refined the original design.
